Broken Charger is a menu bar app for Mac (macOS 12.0 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel) that watches how reliably your Mac charges, catches power that comes and goes, and walks you through finding the broken part: wall socket, plug piece, cable, or charger. No subscription, no accounts, no ads, and no data collection; the app contains no network code at all.

What helps a bug report

• Your macOS version (Apple menu, About This Mac)
• Your Mac model and whether it is Apple Silicon or Intel
• What you expected, and what happened instead
• If charging is the problem: which charger and cable, and whether the guided test ran

For app problems, the app's own Get Help button in the menu bar item is the fastest route: it prepares a message that can attach recent app logs, shows you exactly what would be included, and lets you send without logs if you prefer.
